Classes are presented in three levels and an Instructors Course:

Level I: Targeted for new military Soldiers and their spouses.

• Army Family Team Building (AFTB) educates and trains the Army Family to be self sufficient leaders within their communities. AFTB Level I focuses on the basic skills and knowledge needed to understand the military lifestyle. Topics include Chain of Command, Military Customs and Courtesies, and also Community Resources. Level II: Designed to enhance leadership skills

• Army Family Team Building (AFTB) educates and trains the Army Family to be self sufficient leaders within their communities. AFTB Level II focuses on self development and introduction to leadership skills. Topics include Communication, Team Dynamics, Stress Management, and Personal Relationships. Level III: Designed to develop advanced leadership abilities and mentoring.

• Army Family Team Building (AFTB) educates and trains the Army Family to be self sufficient leaders within their communities. AFTB Level III focuses on advanced leadership and personal skills. Topics include FRG Leadership, Meeting Management, Building Cohesive Teams, and Conflict Management. Let us help you to success!

AFTB Instructor Course

• Interested in helping family members learn the skills they need to cope with Army life? How about developing your public speaking skills? Becoming a certified Army Family Team Building Instructor will allow you do both! The AFTB Instructor Training course is an action-packed workshop focusing on public speaking skills, lesson planning, group management, and visual aids.
