Deployment Readiness Program
One of the biggest challenges faced by Soldiers and military Families today is deployment. The ACS Deployment Readiness Program offers a wide variety of programs to help prepare Soldiers and their Families to increase their personal readiness for this challenge.
During the pre-deployment, sustainment and reunion phases, classes, briefings and programs are offered both on a community wide level and for FRGs. Individual readiness counseling, such as the Personal Readiness Consultant program, helps individuals to assess their own situation and see around corners for possible pitfalls and potential problems.
If you would like more information about deployment readiness initiatives scheduled for the upcoming month or to view some of the publications that are available to help Soldiers and Families deal with the challenges of deployment, please contact us at 469-8399/7777 or civilian 0951-300-8399/7777.
Training for Rear Detachment Leadership, Family Readiness Liaisons, Family Readiness Group Volunteers, and new Company Commanders is available upon request at the convenience of the unit. Please see the links below for additional resources for unit leaders.
We are also available to attend FRG meetings and present deployment related education such as: Battlemind Training for Spouses, Pre-deployment Preparation, Preparing for R&R, Reunion and Children, Couples Reunion, and many more.
