Description: Through a variety of programs, a team of experienced professionals who have extensive knowledge of the issues confronting parents today. A class designed to help mothers share their concerns and experiences about breast feeding with other mothers.
Target Audience: For parents who are expecting and/or have children up to 3 years of age (moms & dads)
Length: 1 hour

Description: Increase nutritional wellness and awareness through education and free healthful foods. People qualify for the program by meeting guidelines.
