Description: Sports and fitness Programs for everyone, both indoors and outdoors. Fitness Assessments and Personal Weight Programs are available from our Fitness Specialist. Sport areas may be reserved for unit utilization, Monday through Friday. Equipment for use in the facilities is available to all Military issued ID Cardholders.

Description: The Civilian Fitness Program is part of the Army Health Promotion Regulation, 600-63. It is one-time opportunity for a supervisor to approve up to 3 hours of excused absence per week for up to six months for civilian employees to exercise.

Length: Up to 3 hours a week for 6 months
